In spaces where status is suspended and people are present as themselves.The challenge wasn't organizing an event. It was engineering a temporary micro-society in the middle of the Sahara Desert. A place with no city noise, no competing invitations, no familiar escapes. Just 300 people, five days, and the deliberate architecture of Morocan belonging.The thesis was simple but radical: isolation, activated intentionally, is the most powerful networking infrastructure that exists. Remove the city and interaction density compounds naturally. People stop performing and start connecting. The desert didn't create the community. It revealed it.In partnership with IE University. I structured five days around two radically different production environments in architecturally contrasting spaces. One intimate, one expansive with artists curated from France, Germany and Belgium whose presence amplified the social thesis rather than competed with it. 300+ European guests. 5 days. 3 countries of artists.
