I’m Tebi Quiñones — a Colombian-born cultural strategist and filmmaker based in Madrid. I’m the founder of Alma Socialite, a creative platform that redefines luxury hospitality through immersive cultural experiences, and I was named to the Forbes Under 30 Spain list in 2025. Since 2019 I have produced 30 events across eight cities — Paris, Madrid, Berlin, London, Milan, Bogotá, New York and Miami — collaborating with 59 artists. I’ve taken 300 people into the middle of the Sahara for five days, built an interview series spanning four continents and 400+ conversations, and worked during the Paris 2024 Olympics, where my film work received the First Latin American Film Award — The Spirit of Sport Award, at the Oly House Film Festival, Olympic Games Paris 2024. My background: ESCP Business School, the London School of Economics, and Big Data at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Today I work with boutique hotels and premium hospitality groups that want cultural credibility advertising can’t manufacture.
